Service Description

Silk hammock focuses on the use of Aerial Silks rigged with a loop at the bottom for sitting and standing. This course is excellent for all levels, and is perfect for entry level aerial students who would like to work on building strength for inversions at a low height. Aerial Hammock classes will introduce students to fundamentals of aerial poses and mounts and will incorporate some use of Aerial Yoga poses for assisted stretching and balance techniques. *For all aerial classes, tighter clothing, ie: leggings that cover the backs of the knees and T-shirts that cover the armpits are recommended. No zippers or jewelry of any kind will be permitted on silks.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us within 24hrs of the scheduled class time to cancel any class registration you have signed up for, and once your cancellation has been confirmed you may redeem your class pass for another session.
