Service Description

Pole Level 1 (Beginner) Pre-Req: Student has completed Level 0 or has gotten approval from instructor. Continuing working on connecting combinations of movements on static and spin pole! Students will begin drilling climbs and holding sits for longer than 30 seconds, so that they can progress in seated moves and moves higher up the pole. Adding in seated poses, spinning pole, and the next level of core spins.
